Impressive!

I think this is considerably better than your other work, not to discredit those, but this stands out.

The landscape is drawn very very well, especially considering how this is only in black and gray.

You use the crease between the two sketchbook pages artistically, which is really original and appropriate with the theme - the crease forms a "path" through your painting.

This is surreal but not as abstract as your other work.

Good good good

Really? I've never thought this to be as refined as my other works, I'm surprised that you thought this one stood out. I've never thought of it as a good stand alone, rather an ink painting just to tag along with all the other quick studies I've done. I can't say its detailed but I can definitely agree it draws in the viewer, especially with the void in between the two pages.

Simple but Provocative

This is more impressive than you might realize.

The division of colors draws my attention to the eyes, the nose, and especially the lips.

This drawing is intensely psychological with almost sexual undercurrents.

This piece is remarkable because of the way the figure's personality is expressed, it exudes sexuality without nudity and other emotions with its mixed facial expressions.

Sort of like a puzzle

DrSevenSeizeMD responds:

That's exactly what I was going for. Thank you for the review. :-)

Very Spontaneous

It's like a single, complex flow of ideas sucking the ink out of your pen.

Very interesting conceptually.

DrSevenSeizeMD responds:

Thank you muchly, and I did run out of ink. :-)

I collect tongues. Wait, don't leave!
